Serial Shooter Trial ~

‘A young woman crawling in the street’

Daniel Brown was driving home from his girlfriend’s Scottsdale home on May 2, 2006 when he saw something laying in the middle of the road. At first, from a distance, he couldn’t tell what it was. When he pulled up closer, it came into focus.

“It turned out to be a young woman crawling into the street,” Brown testified this afternoon. The woman was 20-year-old Claudia Gutierrez-Cruz. She was bleeding badly and pulling herself along the ground. Brown, a local mechanic, pulled his car over and tried to help the young woman. He noticed something coming out of her side, possibly her organs, and knew it was bad.

“On her side, it looked like she had been shot or stabbed,” Brown said. “She had something coming out of her. It was on her right side.”

Emergency crews arrived within minutes of Brown calling 911, but Gutierrez-Cruz died soon after at the hospital. She became the latest victim of the so-called Serial Shooter who police say killed numerous people the year before, but had gone silent for the past five months. She turned out to be the second person shot that night. The other person, 17-year-old Kilibi Tambadu, survived.

I’m wondering if Claudia Gutierrez-Cruz was legal or if she was an ILLEGAL ALIEN! Iif she was ILLEGAL, I have no sympathy for her because none of this would have happened had she not entered our country in violation of the law!

If she was ILLEGAL, she’s just another criminal who will no longer burden Arizona tax payers!
